Registering for an account allows you to use certain interactive health tools. This means that when you add your personal information, such as height and weight, it's saved so you don't have to re-enter it. If your information changes, you can update it the next time you visit the site. You'll also receive our health newsletters if you subscribe to our emails when registering.
No problem! Click the “forgotten your password?†link on the sign in page and we'll email you a reminder.
Visit www.marksandspencer.com/health. Log into your health profile and edit your information.
Use our alcohol calculator. Please note that you'll need to know the size of the measure you drink before using the calculator. Restaurants and bars use fairly standard measures (though they can vary across the UK). You'll find a list of general measures in the calculator's drop-down menu. If you're still not sure, just ask the staff the next time you're out having a drink.
You can contact our nutritionist at this address: firstname.lastname@example.org
Contact your GP or email our nutritionist at email@example.com. Additionally, if you can't find the information you're looking for on M&S Health and Nutrition, you'll find a number of useful links to sites like Diabetes UK on our website.
You should e-mail our nutrition team at firstname.lastname@example.org who will be able to answer your questions. We're only able to give fairly general advice and guidance as we don't have detailed information about our customers and we don't have access to their medical histories. We do recommend that you contact a GP, dietician, nutritionist or other medical professional if you're concerned about your health and/or diet.
We've put our Balanced For You range into 280 stores across the UK, so even if you're far from home, you'll never be far from a healthy, balanced selection of food.
Our product information lists are available from our allergies & intolerances page
Our list of products suitable for vegetarian or vegan diets is available on our vegetarian diets page.
