- 1 bag Mixed leaf salad
- 2 Oranges
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 200g Lebanese Couscous
- 1 pack x 130g Eat Well Just Add Chargrilled Chicken Slices
- Make up couscous as directed on the packet.
- Juice one orange and peel and segment the other.
- Whisk the orange juice with the olive oil and thoroughly stir into the cooked couscous. Cool.
- Fold the chicken slices and the orange segments into the couscous.
- Arrange half the leaves between two plates and top with the chicken and couscous mixture.
