Serves 4 (makes enough granola for 12)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp honey
300g Fruit, Almond and Hazelnut Muesli
50g pumpkin seeds
50g sunflower seeds
50g dried cranberries
100g dried apricots, chopped
300g pack Ruby Red Apple Berry Infusion
300g Greek-style yogurt
- Heat the oven to 150°C/130°C fan/gas 2. Mix the oil and honey in a bowl. Add the muesli and seeds, and mix well. Tip the mixture onto a baking sheet and spread out in a thin layer. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Add the cranberries and chopped apricots to the tray. Bake for a further 15 minutes. Leave to cool, then break into pieces.
- Divide the fruit, yogurt and 8 tbsp granola among 4 glasses, layering as shown.
