Stuffed Pittas

Makes 6 filled pittas

Ingredients:

- 1 Pack x 6 Wholemeal Pittas
- 1 Pack Mixed leaf
- 1 Tub x 230g Simply M&S Tomato Salsa
- 1 Pack x 150g Tomato and Basil Mini Chicken Fillets

Method:

  1. Carefully split open the pittas to make a pocket.
  2. Put a good handful of leaves in each pitta.
  3. Add a generous dollop of salsa to each pitta.
  4. Chop the mini fillets into bite-sized pieces and divide evenly between each pitta.
